how do i cope?

Learning to dance in the rain has become my working mantra.

Just yesterday I wasn't able to get on the phone because of a failed count procedure. This happened during count time when officers count us. Instead of being frustrated, I read a chapter out of a textbook. I used the extra time to finish it.
The dancing in the rain concept is a coping method to stay focused and productive. This attitude is what dictates my day on how things go, up or down. So to think about it in a positive, my perspective on everything else will be on the up and up.
There is another point I would like to make. By sharing about how it has worked for me, I am able to help others through this simple, yet difficult task. It might seem different because it’s new.
The practice is the main ingredient; because without it it's just meaningless talk.
I've been through a lot, climbed many hills and mountains, but that certainly doesn't mean that I am not at my peak. As long as I start and finish with the same energy, then I'm doing wonderful.
